Payment

Payment via Credit/Debit Card

When you place your order using the Credit Card payment method, you are redirected from our store to a secure online payment site. Once your payment has been confirmed, we arrange shipping to your nominated delivery address.

Payment via Bank Transfer

Shortly after you have placed your order, we will email you an invoice. The invoice will display our bank account information, please use the invoice number as reference for your payment. Once payment has cleared we will arrange shipping to your nominated delivery address.


Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day we receive payment (Monday – Friday), however during busy periods this may be the following working day.

We do not carry stock, and all orders will be shipped directly from the supplier to your nominated delivery address.

Delivery Areas

We are a New Zealand based company and are unable to send orders overseas.

Your order can be sent almost anywhere in New Zealand, with a few exceptions of Chatham Islands and for larger items (items exceeding 0.125 meters cubed) Great Barrier Island.

For orders outside of our normal delivery areas, we are able to send to you elected shipping agent or freight carrier. This includes all international orders.

Po Boxes and Private Bags, we are unable to send to, all orders must be sent to a physical address.

Delivery Timeframe

The below timeframes are estimates only and your order may take longer in peak periods or for bulky items

  • North Island – 2-4 Working days
  • North Island Rural – 4-5 Working days
  • South Island – 3-5 Working days
  • South Island Rural – 5-7 Working days

If prearranged, some of our suppliers will allow you to click and collect, please enquire about this option

Delivery Charge

All products ordered through us will be subject to the following charges.

Standard Items (NZ Wide): $20.00 inc.gst

Bulk/Overweight Items: 

  • North Island: $60.00 inc.gst
  • North Island Rural: $125.00 inc.gst
  • South Island: $120.00 inc.gst
  • South Island Rural: $250.00 inc.gst

Excess Items:

  • North Island: $2000 inc.gst
  • North Island Rural: $375 inc.gst
  • South Island: $350 inc.gst
  • South Island Rural: $590 inc.gst

Tracking

All of our orders are dispatched with a tracking order, if you would like to track your order, please get in touch with us and we will supply your tracking details for you. 

Please note when ordering multiple products, they may be sent from different suppliers and will have different tracking numbers and will arrive at different times

Damaged Items

All orders are insured against freight damage and loss, providing you follow a few simple guidelines

  • By signing for your order, you are saying that is has been received in good order, with no damage
  • Do not sign for your order until you have thoroughly inspected the packaging and product for any damage.
    •  Any concealed or hidden damage will be your responsibility if you sign for the order as being received in good order. 
    • Off-Grid Collective will not take any responsibility for any concealed damage that has been signed for
  • If you have any concerns or can see any visible damage to the packaging or product, you must note this on the delivery paperwork
  • All damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim. Do not discard any of the packaging or broken product. The delivery company will pick up the damaged goods.
  • A replacement will be sent once all of the above has been followed through
